No Debt or Liens on the business. I will pay the remaining accounts payable (to consignors) before the sale of the shop is complete.

Further financials available upon request. The shop is in it's first year at the new locationr business, and our financials reflect that. We are still in the investment state of the business and not yet at break-even. The shop relocated to Aloha Farmington Village in March of 2026 from Progress Ridge Town Square, where we operated from March 2024-January 2026.

The purchase of the shop includes 30 hours of training, coaching, & support from me at mutually agreeable times over 12 months from the sale.

Jolliffe’s has potential, but it will need more investment of capital, time, and energy than I am able to give. Because of my myriad chronic health conditions, I cannot put in the hours that are needed. I need to work part-time, and small business ownership is not a part-time job.
